leak at gas vent on this tile roof
one of many points where water was getting in – damaging the wood
tile is almost all removed
bad wood is exposed for replacement with new 
new dry in and batten boards installed after new wood is put on and nailed to code
tile is back on and roof is now water tight – let it rain
owner is very happy the roof is – LEAK FREE NOW!!
