LUDOWICI TILE REPAIR

The pictures above are some of the broken tiles that had to be replaced.Tiles can get broken from a number of reasons. Low tree branches or limbs that hit against a tile roof . Falling branches or limbs. Foot traffic from walking on the tiles and from golf balls when the pros play. Tiles that have unseen cracks from initial installation that become visible in time. We installed new wood under the new plywood for additional support

The first of the two gets a new dry in and we start removal of the second one

The finished roof is now without the solar vents – but now it is leak free                                                 and the homeowner was very happy!!
