Picture on top left is the area to be repaired and is opened up. This leak caused damage of bad, rotted wood all the way down to bottom edge. All bad wood had to be removed and new wood and lumber installed. New high grade materials are installed over that and tiles anchored down with the original issues that caused this leak being corrected. Last two photos are after it was redone.
